Local Montreal Musician feels US Election is Up Staging His Music Video!

So after a full week of youtube play The Vlcheks' newest music video is just not rocketing up the play list, the way it would normally. "Thats right!" said noted local author and band frontman Gern f. Vlchek, "yah I put up my indy band's video last week and it just didn't take off." At time of printing the music video had only garnered 87 views in its first week, this reporter was shocked after he watched this lovely and well shot video that it has only received a small portion of expected views. We asked the middle aged bartender/indy musician, how many views were you expecting? "Well Steve, based on the released of our last project, Up Against The Wall which we released last spring I was expecting say maybe 300 view by this point in the release, so this is really a drag." And you are blaming the US election for this poor showing? "Well yes Stephane, its all you can see on the old internets... its just wall to wall election, now I think elections are important and all but, man at the cost of my video views this really is kicking me in the pants". Well then Mr. Vlchek, do you seem to have a solution to this problem? ... after a long pause.... "Nope".

Well there you have it indy music takes another hit courtesy of the powers that be. Well lets hope the election is short and not terribly drawn out so that we can all get back to watching indy music videos and stop paying attention to the political decisions that change all of our lives. I'm sure this should go well... oh yah and a pandemic.... eww.
