Local companies work environment against global ones.

through out previous experience, we had a thought that global type of companies, diversified with multinationalism candidates are the best place to be.

whereas the local unified companies where only Omanis or locals are presenting its work environment are less likely to be more standardize and professional.

the general understanding are familiarized with an idea that more negativity and less professional are presented in local companies compared to the other one.

with time, more exposure and being within those types and to compare the reality of both sides, it is well understood that reality is more and more complicated that what is superficially seen.

it is obvious that each and every company work environment has it own positive and negative sides. it is less with standard companies where the mindsets of management are totally passionate, proactive and more realistic in decision making. it is their ability how to be able to manage critical situations, set plans and execute these plans correctly and in smart way. this will automatically will lead they are more professional, goal oriented, people focused mindset. they are able to manage employees as their main asset not paid slaves. it is their passion to lead a team with success and skilled people not afraid that avoiding developing their subordinates to avoid hem from taking their chairs within the company.

the success key of each company is the people where we see nowadays a position named people and culture managers. this post is made to reflect the psychology and philosophy of that company. this what we need here in Omanis companies.

on the other side, we found local Omani companies with same standards and one of those names comes in my mind is (Rihal, 55 coffee).

therefore, to sum up we should focus and make sure the employees roles are set in advanced manner, well structured and looking always toward progress . always to think positive, ready to take the 1st step and avoid negativity in you and your team. this why because each and every company has their unique work environment either big or small, local or global Omani or diversified company. even big and standard companies have their own problems and cases where it needs further corrective action plans not only the small or local companies.
