Local Bus Sales Manager in Columbia
Job Description:
1.Acting as a sales representative locally based in Columbia?to plan, organize and manage for sales activities. Actively develop?and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace;
2.Effectively?communicate and negotiate with customers;
3.Work closely with Chinese HQ on business planning and implementation when necessary;
4.Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/ services offering, and align to provide a solution and ensuring a positive customer experience.
5.Regular?customer?visit?to?develop,?enhance?and?maintain?customer?relationship
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Sales/Marketing;
2.Minimum?5 years' automotive?sales experience or channel management experience,?a deep understanding of?bus and coach?industry is preferable;
3.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
4.Team Spirit;?be able to bear hardships and stand hard work
5.Demonstrate initiative, self-driven with passion; result-oriented; high sense of responsibility;
6.Fluent writing/spoken Spanish?is a must。Second language English would be an advantage.
