Job Description

JD for Executive – Field Operations (PROW/ROW)

1. Co-ordination with Internal team for getting the list of renewal agreements or DN.
2. Processing for PR/ PO, as per approval from DH.
3. Creating SRN as per invoice amount (Monthly/yearly)
4. Followup with account payable team for vendor payment.
5. Co-ordinate with the AP/TDS/GST team for payment-related issues.
6. Co-ordinating with Internal team for timely submission of invoices. New/old
7. Maintaining the daily/Weekly tracker.
8. Preparing the Pending invoices summary on monthly.

Skill Set:

1. Good in MS Excel Sheet – Pivot Table/ Excel Sheet
2. Good in E-mail Communication
