High Five Friday / BAM!
These are my five favorite posts from mortgage folks this week.
Up first, Sam Abazari shares a valuable guide for conversations that you could be having with your agent partners. If you're having call reluctance because you're just not sure what to say, this one-pager could be a helpful resource.
Second, Daniel Cross provides some really great insights into how to, and how to not, prospect builder business. These Do's and Do Not's are great advice and with builder business being such a great stabilizer to a LO's book of business, these cannot be overlooked.
Third, I have to give props to Ana Cramer for stepping out of her comfort zone and making a commitment to growth with her very first installment of "Hustle Juice and Sunshine." Looking forward to more of these in the future. Great work Ana!
Fourth, Katie Grimes shares an inspiring message as we come to the end of 2024 and begin looking to our goals for the future. Every journey starts with a first step, and while there will be challenges ahead, stay focused on executing and good things will follow.
And finally, Dustin Owen, CMB?, AMP starts a conversation about the "Hybrid LO" and the comments are pretty interesting. I encourage you to jump on this one and share your thoughts on the topic as well. What is the future of the Retail LO, the CD LO? Great stuff DO.
Podcast of the week:

SOLO Tip of the Week:
Social Media is a great tool and one of its greatest uses is "Forced Accountability"
On the fence about starting a project?
Share on social that you are starting and share the journey.
Want to hold yourself to your goals?
Share them on social and share your progress. You might be surprised at how many people will offer to help you along the way.
Stop hiding on here. Let social work for you.
