I don't know about you, but this was a weird week. At some points it felt like it would never end, and at others a total blur. We had economic data come out, comments from Powell and all of that stuff. A lot of great content as well. Hopefully this week's LO Down will introduce you to someone new to follow.

These are my 5 favorite posts from mortgage folks this week:
First up, Val Miller shares a reminder that we often don't know who is watching our content and keeping an eye on us in social media land. Consistency and authenticity however are always the best strategy to show who you are and build a relationship with others in the digital landscape.
Second, Jonathon Haddad shares an insightful breakdown of how he prepares for a productive week. There are some helpful nuggets in this post that could help you focus your week too. Check it out.
Third, Dana Trajcevski strikes a chord with me by posting about the topic of finding a "muse" that sparks your creativity. I too have had seasons where I feel my creativity at a low, but when I find inspiration, it ignites a flurry of ideas and motivation to charge ahead. Great reminder of how important it is to find those sparks.
Fourth, Ryan Wiley shares a solid prospecting tip for DMs that is simple and easy to execute. Tactics like these are definitely worth a shot. Try it out for yourself and see what results you get.
And finally, I open up my feed this morning to write up The LO Down and I catch this post from Dan Smokoska . A great share on the new era of prospecting and how business is one in the trenches these days. Check it out and see if you agree.

SOLO Tip of the Week:
Find your people.
Where you work
Who you work with
Who you partner with
Who you collaborate with
Who you do loans with
Find your people by knowing your values and not compromising them, being authentic and sharing yourself, and connecting with others on a level that allows them in.
Dad Joke of the Week:
This was shared with me by Scott Payne from the Rob Chrisman site from earlier this week. Thought it was a great one.
"I named my dog 5 Miles so I could tell everyone that I 'walk 5 Miles' everyday."
Have a great week everyone!
