Growth isn’t just about building systems—it’s about building people. Over the past year, we’ve focused on strengthening our foundation and expanding our capabilities to shape a workforce ready for the future. Our journey began with off-campus drives and an on-campus session at KRCE Trichy, bringing in fresh perspectives and energy. But hiring was just the start. Through Campus to Corporate training, a framework learning course, and a Mentor-Mentee Program, we equipped new bees (tyros) with the tools, knowledge, and real-time project exposure needed to thrive. Looking ahead, our goal is to double our size, broadening our talent pool and welcoming diverse perspectives to fuel innovation.

These efforts are aimed at ensuring quick deliveries and extending the task numbers to be completed efficiently. Every step we take is an investment in the future—building the capabilities to excel in an ever-evolving landscape. We remain committed to fostering a dedicated and skilled team, driving us closer to our goals and laying the foundation for a sustainable and impactful future.

Upgrade Shift!

This year, we’ve made major strides to better serve our customers, aligning our upgrades with their evolving needs. We kicked off the year with a seamless shift from Docker to Docker Swarm, paving the way for greater scalability. Now, we’re in the midst of migrating to Kubernetes, further boosting our cloud capabilities.

To ensure top-tier performance, we’ve been continually enhancing the quality of our websites and production environments. These upgrades are all about delivering a seamless, high-performance experience for our customers. By embracing DevSecOps and test automation, we've made our delivery cycles faster with fewer defects, ensuring that we can deliver faster, reliable solutions to meet customer demands.

Looking ahead, our quarterly product upgrades will keep us on track to exceed expectations and stay ahead of the curve. We're excited to continue evolving and providing our customers with secure, efficient, and cutting-edge solutions.

Next-Gen Solutions

Our journey began with LENS, a powerful platform designed to simplify and streamline business operations. Over time, LENS evolved into more than just a tool—it became the backbone of businesses, offering integrated solutions like CRM, ERP & Finance Cloud, Analytical Cloud, and HRMS Cloud.

This year, we took another step forward, driven by our vision to empower businesses with smarter and more agile solutions. We introduced CPQ to transform pricing and quoting processes, LENSInsights to deliver actionable data analytics, and LUMI, an AI-powered chatbot, to enhance communication and engagement.

As we continue refining these products, our focus remains on delivering seamless performance and unmatched value. We keep understanding our customers' requirements and build our own capabilities with that in mind. This approach enables us to develop unique products that address current customer needs, allowing businesses to stay ahead of the curve. Based on these insights, we will continue to innovate and launch solutions that cater to evolving customer needs.
