Lloyds Banking Group CEO Suggests - Bank Curbs Have Gone Too Far

Interesting to see in yesterday's Sunday's Times Lloyds Banking Group CEO Antonio Horta-Osorio, suggesting that as a reaction to the financial crisis, the UK financial service market has become over-regulated, he said: “I think that in life, when you have excesses in one direction, normally to correct, you go a bit too much in the other direction - like a pendulum. Sometimes the pendulum goes further in the other direction before it comes to the middle. In aggregate, I would think that has happened in the UK.” Interesting, but is it true?
