Dolly 2.0 Breaks into the AI Market ??
Just two weeks after Databricks launch of Dolly, a large language model, a lightweight model that can be trained in less than $30 to exhibit ChatGPT-like human interaction, they came back with the second iteration of the model. It is the first open-source, instruction-following LLM fine-tuned on a human-generated instruction dataset licensed for research and commercial use.
Dolly 2.0 is a 12B parameter language model based on the EleutherAI pythia model family and fine-tuned exclusively on a new, high-quality human-generated-instruction-following dataset. The model, with its complete training code, the dataset, and the model weights, has been completely open-sourced for any organization to replicate the results on their own.

AutoGPT: Self-Learning AI at New Heights ??
ChatGPT, despite its launch months back, is still a topic of concern when being discussed in board meetings, why so? The traditional ChatGPT runs on the models trained on legacy datasets, which may not be relevant now or even refuses to learn new facts. How do we tackle it?

The Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (GPDP), the organization leading the investigation, has been breaking down the entire life cycle and policies ChatGPT operates on and has presented certain guidelines to reinstate ChatGPT and OpenAI back in Italy. The new proposals ask for consent from parents of minors and explicit declaration of the purpose and use of collected data.?
Will OpenAI accept these policies, and will it start a long chain of every country scoping the same mandates from the organization? Only time will tell!
