In a new chapter in Brazil's green energy sector, Livoltek proudly inaugurated our new manufacturing facility in Manaus, Brazil, on July 24, 2024.

This factory, the first solar inverter manufacturing plant in Brazil, is set to serve as a central hub in Manaus, delivering superior products and efficient localized services across Latin America.

With the Manaus factory now fully operational, Livoltek will produce solar inverters, electric vehicle chargers, and batteries to offer comprehensive renewable energy solutions to the Brazilian market. The investment of BRL 70 million underscores our long-term commitment to strengthening the production chain for Brazil's solar and electric vehicle charging infrastructure markets.

The Manaus facility will be developed in three phases: the first phase, which has been completed, focuses on the production of grid-tied inverters; the second phase, set to be completed by the first quarter of 2025, will expand production to include chargers and batteries; and the third phase will produce electric boat motors and other Livoltek inverter series.

Leading Innovation, Bridging Market Gaps

In addition, the Livoltek Manaus factory will produce lithium batteries and EV chargers, with plans to manufacture electric boat engines in the future. According to Vinicio Carrara, Sales Director - E-Mobility of Livoltek, the new factory will annually meet the demand for 300,000 parts, including photovoltaic components and charger parts.

There are plans to expand with four additional warehouses, bringing the total building area to 20,000 square meters, thereby robustly supporting Brazil's electric vehicle charging infrastructure market and its growing needs.

The Livoltek Manaus factory base is expected to create 600 direct jobs and over 2,000 indirect jobs.
