Today is world emoji day! 17 July. Who knew?!

In the spirit of it being somewhat silly season and to share something I've been loving doing, I've decided to capture my joy of kayaking in 3 emojis...

This one captures the setting out phase, full of excitement and anticipation and rearing to go! And below is how it looks in practice

And this last one captures that tired but happy feeling. I included the hands in my selection because that's usually where I feel it most - in the hands and arms! But man is it a happy tiredness - a few hours in the fresh air, on the water, that's my bliss.

I forgot to take a photo of the end of the day - I think I had fallen asleep before I could get to that!

If you know me and my work, you'll know I'm all about having a vision for your life! I encourage having a holistic vision and I typically speak about 4 domains: health & wellbeing, relationships, your vocation & how you share your gifts and talents in the world (paid or unpaid), and time & money freedom. Kayaking has been in my personal vision for over three years now and it took until this year to get it off the ground. Result? I'm loving it!
