Living in These Times with Courage and Renewal On-line tasters of Circles of Trust

?Living in these times?- it can be hard not to feel diminished, used up even, fragile from our efforting, our holding on – hard to bring forth the juiciness and brightness of what is truly ours to do – especially when others near and far live in desperate times.??But some would say we must, because it helps; helps us, those close to us and those we serve and all that ripples out from there..
?I am offering a series of online tasters shaped by the work and teachings of Parker J Palmer www.couragerenewal.org – 2 hour long oases of space where you can experience the particular environment of a Circle of Trust approach and find your own resourcing and guidance.
Sessions will be held on zoom: ?4-6pm BST,??5-7pm CEST,???11-1pm ET,??8-10am PT
?These sessions are for all: no matter your purpose, title or role – leaders, consultants, coaches, professionals, therapists, students, care-givers to name but a few.?
This approach reconnects who we are with what we do.?It invites in?the reality we sense beneath our ego and inner-critics?and makes time and space for our true self and inner-teacher, our hearts, our souls.?Recognising that this part of us is essentially shy and vulnerable - and paradoxically resourceful and wise when attended to – we will be held by the Touchstones of this approach https://couragerenewal.org/PDFs/Touchstones-Updated2019.pdf ) to help this part of ourselves feel safe to show up and guide us.
?How we’ll work
In each session I shall speak a little of this way of working and we will then take our separate journeys together working with poetry, prose, images and clips as the ‘waking bells’ or ‘tuning forks’ for what wants to be heard inside us.?We will work with private journaling, deep listening in small groups and brief joining and sharing in the whole group.
I am limiting numbers to 12 per session so that we can all be seen together on one zoom screen.
?Attending
You may attend any or all 4 sessions.
As these are tasters your first attendance is free of charge, subsequently there is a small fee of ￡40 for each further session you join – 50% of which I shall donate to Voices of Children, https://voices.org.ua/en/who-we-are/??a Ukrainian charity providing professional psychological and social support to children effected by the war.
