It is always better to leave the company of negative and selfish people around you. Those people always think of their profit or benefit. They can be your partners, friends or even relatives. Their impractical demands and unrealistic expectations can put you in deep trouble.

Living in present:

Stop worrying about what happened in the past and stop speculating about the future. Both are beyond our control. What we can control is our present. So live in the present moment. Try to make the best use of your present and live a happy life.

Focusing on what you have:

Don't try to imitate others lifestyle. Be happy and content with what you have. If we will run after things that we don’t possess then not only it is a wasting of time, but we will also neglect the things that we have at present.

Emphasizing your strengths:

Never try to think over your weaknesses. It can demoralize us. Always try to concentrate o things, where you can do your best. Focusing on our strengths can give us expertise and authority.

Following a routine:

A well-planned routine provides us an organized and structured way of living. If we can complete all of our duties on time then we can indulge in some other creative activities and hobbies like music, painting, gardening, yoga, exercises, and sports, etc.

Focusing on one thing at a time:

Multi-tasking ability is very much in demand. But it may lead to imperfection and unwanted burden. If you will focus on one thing at a time, then we can give 100 % of our effort to that job. Hence, there will be more perfection and less pressure in the accomplishment of that job.

Saving for a rainy day:

Life is full of uncertainty and surprises. Sometimes there are abundances, while sometimes there is scarcity. One must have to develop the art of saving. The car may break down, there may be natural disasters, and nobody can guarantee of accidental health issues. These incidents can raise our stress level. At that moment our savings can help provide us a great relieve.

Proper breathing and relaxation through Yoga and Meditation:

When you feel stressed, burdened, or exhausted, and develop a feeling of irritation, take a deep breath to relax. Try to focus on your breathing, while exhaling and inhaling. Some Yoga activities and a simple, 15to 30 minute meditations can be very much refreshing as well as relaxing. Yoga and meditation also helps in reducing anxiety, tension, and stress.

Eating healthy:

Eating unhealthy snacks and junk-foods brings unwanted oils and toxins in our body. Try to have more fruits and green vegetables each day. Avoid eating foods and drinks that contain alcohol, caffeine, wheat flour, dairy, and sugar like Coffee, soda, carbonated sweetened drinks, alcoholic beverages, noodles, pasta, bread, etc.

Loving yourself:

Last but not the least; never do underestimate your abilities. Every individual has their specialty. Try to discover the unique qualities with you. Build on your strength. Work on your weaknesses. Love yourself. Motivate yourself. Be yourself.
