Living life without a mask

Covid-19, such a difficult time, our lives need people, you are not the only one, I feel unbalanced too, off centre... 

I'm a competent practitioner, I have continued to design learning solutions for organisations; I love what I do at work. But I miss the laughter, seeing faces without masks. I have spent my career helping people to remove their masks and now the world including me has been told to put our masks back on.

I agree (100%), I comply, in fact the doctors are right about masks protecting us. Before Covid-19, when I was dressing my little boy, he would sometimes sneeze, the next day I would be the one getting sick, so of course masks protect us.

Have you ever considered metaphorically speaking taking off the mask you wear, we all know what that feels like especially after a long day at work wearing a mask, you get home, you take a shower, oh!, that mask...

Living life without a mask is liberating right? Imagine what life would be like if we all took our masks off?

Think about the joy a child feels when they play; we learn to put on masks as we grow up, sometimes quit rightly to protect ourselves, but they were never meant to stop us from playing; they were never meant to stay on.

Don't you deserve more out of life, it might be time to consider if you are wearing your life mask too often.., find ways to be your authentic self, you might be surprised by what you find along the way...
