I sometimes look at all my experiences and realise that all experience, good or bad is ultimately good.  Sometimes you wish you'd had a crystal ball to look into your future as a kid, see if you could change what would come to you but that would be like driving with your hands off the steering of life. Living might not always be pleasurable and life deals you unpleasant cards you must play atimes but that is the very essence of living life

Take whatever you get in your stride and make nice lemonades off the lemons. It is a fantastic opportunity to live life and you must ensure you touch as many people positively as you can with your actions!

It might be that you are in middle age and just discovered how to run with things but the most important thing is you get to run! 

Live life with all it gives you...
