What Women in This Community Think about Pay Equity?

Pay Equity Day was March 14. Thank you to the 4,382 of you who answered our survey on the topic. As promised, here are highlights:?

• More than 4 out of 10 said pay equity is more important in 2023 than pre-pandemic.?
• 59.13 percent said they did not think businesses were serious about addressing pay equity in 2023.
• 75.59 percent said they would be “likely,” “very likely,” or “extremely likely” to consider working for another organization if they found their pay unfair.?
