We unassailably and unescapably make a living by what we ‘Get’, nonetheless we leave a ‘legacy’ by what we ‘Give’?
Legacy living is keen-sighted encircling the stretch we have on earth as a prospect to etch and brand a ‘difference’. We make and create transformation and modification by catching and communicable affection giving unto others.
‘Leadership or Headship’ is plateful serving others! We have to reminisce and self-evoke this and be a harbinger with it in the forefront of our minds. This will essentially benefit and service us navigate others, ourselves, conflicts, goals, vision and so much more.
Prodigious leaders shape individuals by serving others.
When we lovably and sacrificially give unto others with astute staunch and aplomb we’re trudging and journeying into feat to reaching for their heart and when they open it, an imprint transpires and ensues that takes on and subsists incessantly. ‘Legacy’ or alternatively ‘Heirloom’ is generational because it leaves and conspicuously etches a mark on someone who then exercises multiplication emanating from self into others for them to continue the relay. This is why it’s conceivably imaginable to influence people long after our lifetime on earth has ended.
The veracity and certainty are that all of us will leave something behind This is why we must elect to live in a way that stretches an inheritance that impacts generations for the healthier.
Jesus modelled this and His word gives instructions on how we can have Legacy Living.?
Proverbs 18:123 reads “Haughtiness goes before destruction; humility precedes honor.”
Philippians 2:4 reads “Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.”?
Proverbs 11:2 reads “Pride leads to disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.”
The theme and veracity of these verses is ‘humility’. This is where we brand tunings along the way to stay allied ‘heart to heart’. Self-effacement unbolts hearts, pride closes them. Unpretentiousness and Modesty sees what is best for others, arrogance and self-importance sees only what’s best for themselves. ‘Humility causes growth, conceit causes deterioration’.
‘Self-effacement’ is at the core of ‘Legacy Living’. It services us to show how much we upkeep about others versus what we distinguish they need to do. This is how we build and connect ‘heart to heart’ and accord an imprint and lifetime watermark.
Breathing our lives this way empowers and sanctions us to see the needs of others and then retort to them with undivided attention, sacrificially and altruistically. ‘This is also how we receive God’s grace’.
Self-effacement is being a leader through ‘serving’. This is being a leader through ‘Legacy Living’. It myopically eyes the big picture, lives for something beyond themselves, and gives freely.
Two unique ways to ‘Legacy Living’
1.???? Look for ways to ‘SERVE’ others
2.??? Look for ways to ‘GIVE’ to others
When we only live for the person in the mirror, we shrink. When we live for people beyond the mirror, we grow.
?
So, when was the last time you exercised ‘Serving’ and who are you ‘Serving’ today?
