Living the Dream - My First Year as an EOS Implementer?

In October I achieved the highest designation among EOS Implementers?, the status of Certified EOS Implementer?, kicked off my 15th EOS? client, and completed my 60th session. During my first 12 months in this role, I have worked with amazing leadership teams across an array of industries that range from advertising, technology, automotive, probiotics, construction, pharmaceutical testing, autism therapy, and manufacturing. I’m proud to have achieved an overall 9.5 client rating out of 10 from my clients on the value of our sessions and have loved every minute of what I do.

A few observations on my own EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System?) journey to date:

It's an honor. 

As an EOS Implementer?, I am invited into the inner circle of these amazing teams. Every group is different, and I truly enjoy working with every client I have.

It is inspiring. 

My clients are entrepreneurs who have each built something special and aspire to reach even greater heights. Their vision for the future and willingness to be truly vulnerable with each other to get there is nothing short of amazing.

It's emotional. 

From joy to frustration and everything in between, getting teams to be vulnerable and put their feelings on the table is an important part of my role. There’s been lots of laughter and a few tears. I’ve even shed a few.

It’s impactful. 

There are times during a session I get chills. I see first-hand the power of EOS when teams coalesce around a vision that is truly inspirational, solve issues they’ve struggled with for months or leave the room with a clearer plan than they ever had before. Helping clients improve their team health is one of the most satisfying things I have ever done.

It is the most fun I have ever had. I absolutely love doing this. Every day. Every session. Every client. Who gets to say that about their job?
