I recently had the pleasure of reconnecting with our valued partners and clients during my travels across the United States and at ProcureCon. It was truly inspiring to witness the enthusiasm and camaraderie firsthand. These interactions reaffirmed LiveHire's unwavering commitment to our primary growth market, North America, and highlighted the incredible strides we've made to enhance client outcomes and accelerate our expansion efforts.

At LiveHire, we are devoted to empowering the flow of talent globally. Our laser focus is ‘total talent’ in all markets, and the acceleration of direct sourcing in North America and Europe as the pivotal starting point for companies in these regions.

LiveHire's North American and Global Transformation

Our recent acquisition of Arrived shift-scheduling in mid-2023 and the appointment of Jennifer Byrne as the new global CPTO in Phoenix, Arizona, underscore our continued investment and focus on the North American market. We've restructured our operations in North America to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, strategically positioning top talent in technology, partnership, sales, and client support to better serve our growing clientele. Notably, we transferred our top account leader from APAC to the US to lead our client work, and have been further building out her team in client activation and support, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Innovation and Future Vision

Beyond our launch of Optimized Sourcing Channel Intelligence, our launch of the “LiveAI” suite further amplifies our world-leading candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and skills-based hiring from our candidate-managed and GDPR compliant candidate profile.

Our use of Generative AI helps recruiters quickly deliver high-value, personalized engagement experiences with candidates from initial sourcing to offer. And our AI models better match candidates to all kinds of roles, including those that are traditionally hard to fill.

LiveHire’s development team released 11 new features and 32 feature uplifts this quarter:

  • Nine of the eleven new features increase recruiter productivity, including more granular search and filter options, increasing candidate sourcing and engagement velocity.
  • Eight feature uplifts enhanced the candidate experience, including improvements to the candidate sign-up process.
  • Two new features and eight feature uplifts support integrations with VMS systems and SAP SuccessFactors: the ability to manage temporary work assignments and the ability to forward candidates’ job applications between vacancies

We’re an open API platform and continue to invest heavily in technology integrations with our partners. We believe that the quality and depth of our integrations is a key differentiator, given the importance of providing a seamless end-to-end solution that delivers on our promise of enabling recruiter productivity and an enhanced user experience.
