Live Your Life Every Moment
Knowing yourself is the True Wisdom
A wise person who has lived the life may give the advises to those who have yet to experience life.
It is important to live your life every moment because time never comes back. What you missed today can’t be obtained tomorrow.
Focusing on the big things is natural. However, I believe that the small things, the ones we neglect to pay attention to, may contribute a lot to how we conduct ourselves in a way that we hardly recognize.
Don’t postpone your joys for tomorrow because tomorrow never comes.
Life is an Incredible Experience
You must experience life without judgments. There is nothing sacred or profane in this world. It is only our thinking that make us believe that something is nobler than other.
There is no truth in those beliefs because there is always another person who believes just the opposite.
Do what you love to do.
You can’t learn about yourself and other people from books and even from the words of wise people. Only you can know yourself because none like you had ever born in the world.
Once you know yourself, you will also know everyone else because we are fruits of the same true and children of the same God. The true knowledge is always present in your heart.
Learn to respect the voice of your heart and guide your actions.

People talk about living in the moment as being an optimal way to live a life. In my experience, it’s just as easy to get wrong as it is to get right.
If the moments we choose to live in are saturated with work, we’re living buried in the labor and not in our lives.
The trick is to experience every moment as a moment of life.

Thank you?….Own your time. Know that every moment you spend doing anything is a choice. All of the “have-tos” and the “musts do” are because you choose what doing them will bring.
Time is the only resource we can’t renew. Invest it in experiences, places, and people that are meaningful to you.
Decide and define what you want your moments to be about.
Are you a learner?
An explorer?
A teacher?
A risk taker?
A clown? (Joker).
When you look back in the last moment of your life what sort of moments will you cherish most?
Decide now to make more of them.
Don’t wait for the right moment to be alive. Stop yourself several times a day to look at the sky, to experience the environment you’re in, to hear your own thoughts as they move through your mind. Don’t wait for the someday to try something new.
Spend time with people who truly live the moments of their lives. We slowly become what we look at most. If we hang with the best role models, we can learn the pros.

Minimize the number and effect of negative moments in your life.
Let go of anger and pain. Carrying around memories of bad times gets in the way of what we might be experiencing now.
Do you want to add a word or two?
Don’t invest in fights that you don’t need to win. Who has time to argue about silly things? Meet with your friends in the places where you build things, not in the places where things get torn down.
Make positive moments. Negative thoughts build fences and defenses. Positive people attract positive people who are doing positive things.
Know when you’re getting swept into the current and losing sight of the moments of your life. It will be a need to speed up. Then it will be some sort of stress. Stop to reflect on who you are, where you are, what you value, and how you want to live your life.
Stretch. Think of every moment as a chance to see more of yourself. Take small risks that push your ideas and ideals. Living is growing. Expand every moment into memory of a life.
Curate and protect with bold intention. Let the people and places you care about know that part of living your life is dedicated to them.

Moments not minutes tell the story of a life.
If you attribute achievement or success to the meaning of happiness and are still not satisfied with it, it’s time to remind yourself that, “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist.
To live your life to the fullest, you can seek inspiration from anywhere and anyone.
Live the wonderful life that is in you! Let nothing be lost upon you. Be always searching for new sensations. Be afraid of nothing!
Living in the moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift.
Live Life to the fullest. You have to color outside the lines once in a while if you want to make your life a masterpiece. Laugh some every day. Keep growing, keep dreaming, and keep following your heart. The important thing is not to stop questioning.
The worst thing that can happen to you today is “nothing” because anything else, either good or bad, can help you learn to live life to the fullest.
Do you sometimes feel like you don’t love your life?
Like, deep inside, something is missing?
That’s because we are living someone else’s life. We allowed other people to influence or determine our choices—we are trying to please their expectations.
Social pressure is deceiving—we all become prey without noticing it. Before we realize we lost control of our lives, we end up envying how other people live. We can only see the greener grass—ours is never good enough.
To regain that passion for the life you want, you must recover ownership of your choices.
Expectations are hard to overcome. With my experience coaching executives and their teams, I’m used to dealing with expectations—everyone is susceptible to the illusion of others.
Pleasing others is like chasing a moving target. People will have multiple hopes for you. Social pressure fluctuates—others’ expectations will continually change.
By trying to please everyone, we end up pleasing no one—ourselves included. Expectations are an illusion. That’s why most people don’t live the life they want. They feel frustrated and disappointed.
When we expect, we stop accepting reality. Anticipation is annoying—even when things go as expected, you can’t enjoy unsurprising events.
Even when we get what we wished for, we can’t be happy either. That’s the problem with anticipation—we fall in love with the expectations. If what we anticipated doesn’t come true, life seems unfair. If it does, the lack of surprise makes the actual experience less exciting.

1 年Adjust the way you think. You cannot control what others think about you, but you can choose how you talk to yourself. Your inner-talk can help or harm you. Learn to choose your words wisely. Your expectations can put you in a box—you are the only one who can set yourself free. You are the best person you can talk to. Pay attention to your inner-dialogue—are you being kind to yourself or adding more pressure? Does your conversation focus on who you are and what you want to be? Or is it full of expectations of who you should be? Your dialogue should be yours, not shaped by other people’s thoughts. When you remove your own preconceptions and expectations, you can do the same for others. Living the life you love is liberating—you don’t feel the pressure to please others. Similarly, you won’t need to impose your will on others either. The past is behind learn from it. The future is ahead prepare for it. The present is here, live it.
