...Live Your Dream...
I recently left behind all that was familiar to me, my comfort zones for over a decade, the stability, the security of corporate working to follow my goals and dreams. It was not easy by any means, but I had peace, I knew who I was and what I brought to the table of LIFE, passion, dedication, hard work, commitment, and the zest to win-always!!!! COVID forced a lot of changes on me, my family and it was possibly the best but a very uncomfortable blessing to me. COVID was hard, taught me a lot about myself, my strengths, weaknesses, where I needed to grow, and what needed more focus. I always wanted to work from home for myself, no restrictions, family time, I did but in small doses before, but now I get to set my own work hours, workplace for the day (if I want), I get to follow my heart, help people, take a day off to do a charity day, spend time with my daughter and or husband and give back. That's what really made me feel good - giving back. Taking the leap never felt so good. I get to sell what I want, build what I want, do what I want with very calculated risks. Sometimes those uncomfortable situations force you to grow into what you were always meant to be - for me a passionate entrepreneur.
But my best is I get to spend the afternoons with my little girl when she gets home from school, take Friday afternoons off to spend with family. My focus is much the same, make lots of money and be sh*t hot successful but it's different because I realize more now than ever, I have a beautiful little girl looking up to me who will follow in my footsteps. Having clear values with BIG goals.
Have a plan then never let anyone make you feel less than what you can and should ever achieve. I had so many worries, what will people think, what will my family think, what am I thinking, but my plan was never to sit 9-5 for the rest of my life, I'm too free-spirited to be set in one the place and do one thing. My plan on earth is to love, help, be kind, and inspire as many as I can for as long as I can.
