Live your dream!

As a kid, whenever someone would pop the classic "What do you want to be when you grow up?" question, I can't recall my exact answer. But I do remember gazing dreamily at the clouds by day and the stars at night, my mind soaring in those vast expanses. Fast forward to 16, and the dream got clearer—I wanted to fly! By 18, I had my SPL (Sailplane Pilot License) in hand, thanks to the local air club in Baia Mare, Romania. Then life happened, and my dream took a backseat for two decades. But hey, I wasn't idle—I became the go-to guy for building and fixing PCs, skills that now serve me well in my current, much-loved tech job.

In 2020, I decided it was high time to rekindle my childhood dream. With the support of the awesome folks at PFG (Politeknisk Flyvegruppe), by 2021, I was again the proud holder of an SPL. Now, every weekend, you'll find me leaping into a glider, either gracefully soaring through the skies for hours or pulling off thrilling aerobatics. It's not just a hobby; it's a lifestyle that keeps me sharp and fit— no room for vices on the runway!

November 2023 marked a new high point: my buddy Leopold and I dove headfirst into an intense glider aerobatic course. It was a whirlwind of highs and lows (literally), testing our mental and physical limits. We've now leveled up, mastering these maneuvers with sheer determination.
