[LIVE UPDATE] 2019 UAE National Talent Survey
In the effort to bring transparency and help organizations improve their EVP for UAE National Talent across all seven Emirates, we have started our 2019 UAE National Talent Survey. However, this time, we are showcasing LIVE results as the invited participants complete their online survey.
We have started by inviting UAE National Talent registered on JobsForNationals.com, however, since this is an ongoing process, more UAE Nationals will be invited online and on-site and the results will continue to change until 1st January 2020 when the survey participation closes.
All of the questions in the survey are related to decision making when applying to a job. Starting from, if the Employer brand is a consideration, to company's reputation, to factors like remuneration, benefits, commute, work life balance, bonus structure, ...
We have also shared the user demographics.
We hope this will help Employers improve their EVP for UAE National Talent across all seven Emirates!
