As we go about our daily lives, it can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of work, relationships, and responsibilities. We often take for granted that we have tomorrow to worry about things, to make amends, to chase our dreams. But what if we didn't have tomorrow? What if today was our last day on Earth?
When faced with the possibility of only having 24 hours left to live, we might be forced to confront the things that we've always put off, the things we've always said we would do "someday." We might be forced to think about what we would regret not having done in our lives.
The truth is, none of us know when our last day on Earth will be. We can't rely on tomorrow happening, and we can't change the past. The only thing we truly have is today. And it's important to remember that we have the power to make today count.
When we're feeling angry or upset, it's important to ask ourselves if that anger or sadness will matter in a day, a week, or even a year. Will it make us regret something if we only had 24 hours left to live? Chances are, it won't. And it's important to remember that we can choose to focus on the things that make us happy, rather than dwelling on the things that are not going right.

It's also important to be grateful for the present moment, to appreciate what we have today. We can't change yesterday, but we can learn from it. We can't predetermine the future, but we can control some outcomes by what we've learned from the past. But we only have today. And that's why it's so important to make the most of it.
So, what will you do today? Will you tell the people you love that you love them? Will you chase that dream you've always had? Will you do something that makes you happy?
In the end, if you only had 24 hours left to live, what would you be thankful for? What would be your biggest regret? Don't wait for tomorrow to make your life count. Today is the only day that you know for sure that you have. So make it count.
