Live surgery performed by Prof ROMAN, Rouen, France, at the 1st Symposium of Chronic Pain, Istanbul, 20-22 of April 2018.

The movie presents full time excision of a large deep endometriosis nodule infiltrating the rectum, the vagina, the left parameter down to sacral roots. We also performed disc excision of mid rectum using the circular EEA transanal stapler.
