HERE IS WHAT I LEARNED ABOUT FORGIVENESS.
Forgiveness Allows Us, To Live Another Day, If You're Not Willing To Forgive Those That Have Harmed You (including yourself,). Than You're Not Really Living Anyway.
Time is not a luxury, that we can afford to ignore. The thing dying people have told loved ones, about what they remember most in thier lives.
Is not all they have accomplished, successes, status, riches, etc; what they remember the most on their dying days, is their regrets.
They Regret This One Thing The Most, not forgiving someone they know, a friend, a loved one, a family member; etc. for a harmful done in the past.
They regret all the time lost, the relationship and love cost, be holding onto to long to the past. Including the harm they have done to themselves and not forgiving themselves for this harm.
THE HARDEST THING TO FORGIVE ARE OURSELVES FOR, ARE OUR REGRETS IN LIFE.
