Live on Prime: Amazon's move into election night news coverage

Amazon made its first move into live news programming last night with a familiar face, as longtime TV anchor Brian Williams led the company’s election night coverage that streamed via Prime Video. Amazon has spent billions on media rights and cloud infrastructure to air NFL games and other sports, in a bid to attract Prime members and generate advertising revenue. Read more .
