Live in the Present

With the holiday season soon approaching it is good to remember what is important to us and remain focused.

One key principle in staying focused is this:

“Live in the present, not in the misery of the past, nor in the anxiety of the future.”

Too often we get caught up in what happened before or what is going to happen that we can lose focus on what we are actually doing now. ?

By being aware that changes or improvements can only be made in the present, make a conscious choice to not worry about the other areas.? It will free up a lot of mental space for you and help you to truly enjoy the upcoming holiday season with family and friends.
