The oral abstract submission has now closed and an exciting agenda has been confirmed.?I am delighted to announce:
Dr Geraint (Taff) Morgan (the Open University) presenting, how knowledge gained from planetary exploration has been translated in food analysis.?
Dr Nicole Yang (the University of Nottingham), one of the UKs top young academics in food and flavour, describing her analytical journey so far.?
Dr James Marshall (Mars Petcare) introducing Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry (FTICR-MS) and how this instrument can be used to understand thermal processing of food.
And Totally Natural Solutions providing a presentation with beer tasting.
Along the way we have presentations from; Dr Kathy Ridgway (Anatune), Dr Laura McGregor (Sepsolve), Paul O’Nion (RSSL) and Dr Helen Poole (Avantaor).
We will also hold a poster session to provide plenty of network opportunities and friendly discussion.
