LIVE! Don't just exist

One of my good friends shared the above and had asked if we had lived or existed the year 2021. He also urged that we must LIVE it starting from 2022.

It is indeed a deep message. We all can do our usual routines and believe we passed just another year, Yes; tougher one with a pandemic but we shall stop and think back if you had really lived it fruitfully?

Have you achieved your goals? What have you learned? What better have you done? Are you skillful than before? Have many more people have you helped? How happy are you? How relaxed are you? What new experiences have you got? Have you stepped forward in your life's purpose?

Are all good questions to stop and reminiscence. But it purely differs from person to another. You shall never compare. The trick is finding what works best for you and for your family. Similarly defines the how part. It is also unique for you and your circumstances.

Let me just pick one item from above to explain. Let's rather pick 2 questions and combine. How happy & relaxed are you?

I really hope that you have found what makes you happy and relaxed. It's a sin if you have to wait for a outing to get relaxed, may be it shall give you deeper relaxation. But taking small time offs daily and restoring your self is strongly advised. May be by reading a book, may be watching some Netflix, or music on YouTube. Whatever works! May be it's Coffee, or Coffee plus music or even Coffee, music and books all together.

Where and How does not matter, What's important is how often you can engage these time offs. These would be the factors mostly defining your living part that we are focusing here.

Ultimately it's similar for all the above listed questions. Have a solid plan, have your small steps, Aim to moon and shoot and you may just end by the stars!

Learn, Earn, Give, Relax, Enjoy, LIVE life, Don't just exist!
