Transform your relationship with food and?LOVE your Body with this 1-2-1 Programme

In this video, I would like to introduce you to the?1-2-1 Live Diet-Free programme. This 12-week programme is designed to help you overcome your struggles with body image and eating habits. By reprogramming your belief systems at a subconscious level, this programme aims to help you cultivate a love for your body and live without the guilt and fear of putting weight back on.

The programme consists of six steps that will take you through recognising what's at play, realising your story with food, reprogramming patterns and habits, releasing and reconnecting with your body, and reinforcing a healthy body and love for yourself.

The programme includes four individual Zoom sessions, two RTT??(Rapid Transformational Therapy?) and two coaching sessions, and a 20-minute personalised recording to listen to daily for eight weeks. You will also receive the benefit of WhatsApp support.

I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the constant messages around body image and dieting. That's why we use RTT?, which identifies how, where, and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed, and utilises the principles of neuroplasticity to create new belief and behavior patterns. This personalised approach enables you to permanently recognise and respect your body's needs, maintain a healthy weight and food habits, and feel feminine and beautiful just the way you are.
