Peter Kephart's exhibit Burning Brighter: The Fascinating FirePaintings of Peter Kephart had two wonderful openings and it's now time for Peter to showcase how he makes his unique FirePaintings. Today, and tomorrow we will start a controlled bonfire and Peter will show us how he burns and creates his paintings right in front of our eyes. This process is not only one-of-a-kind but is astonishing to see. Each final painting is different from the other because a combination of fire, wind, chance, and artistic agency creates these pieces and give them a complete life of their own.
