A little video with a BIG message
This week I want to share a quick video with you.
It was filmed in 2016; a few weeks before the launch of my book I don’t work Fridays, and the day before what would have been my daughter Louise’s sixth birthday.
Tomorrow will mark what should be her 10th birthday; so today I want to re-visit and share my own personal WHY and to thank everyone who’s supported the book. Every single penny from book sales is donated to the charity Sands – who helped us, our friends and family, and who continue to help bereaved parents day in, day out.
To date, on our JustGiving page alone, we’ve raised over ￡14,000 through various fundraisers, referral schemes, book sales and generous donations from individuals.
As they say, time is all we have. So, as well as a thank you, I’d also urge you to reflect on your own personal WHY and whether you’re still devoting the time to this (whatever it may be).
