Over half way through 2023 already. You're kidding!
It's been an interesting year so far as I am sure most would agree. I have found there still to be plenty of great opportunity out there, however the apprehension seems to be more candidate driven. Not as eager to leave their current positions which I can understand - we all like some certainty and stability at the best of times.
We are currently working on a number of solid career opportunities in the commercial main contracting sector with some of our amazing clients. At The Placement Co, we have and continue to prioritise growing the business this year whilst also trying to be innovative in the way we do things. We will be sharing some exciting news with you all in the coming weeks which we hope you will get amongst or at the least enjoy.
My family and I are escaping this crazy Auckland weather for a week at the end of August to enjoy some sunshine in Fiji. This will be our first winter holiday since 2019 so am very much looking forward to it. R&R here we come!
