Some, if not most of the times, humans conclude a journey they dreamed of prematurely. The night before was a night of dreams propelled by a force that could have been from anywhere but we move through pain, situations and disappointments that dilute the hope and eagerness of yesterday and label the possible horrors of tomorrow as the conclusion to the entirety of our lives. The harm in this short-sighted approach to handling situations of life, goals and dreams is it becomes a cancer that feeds on nothing else but our desire to do better when we start to know better. We create a war of the mind, a conflict of what we told ourselves to believe and what we now want to believe because of the new person we have become. The words we say during pain tend to validate more in our hearts than the ones we utter out of happiness. The small words we say create unclear beliefs that we defend and allow to grow into the reluctant habits we practice which then shape the complacent effort we put that finally validates the small words that we said in the genesis. The harm grows when the night you said the soft words of defat in the thick dark night’s air hoping no one hears them except you begin to live only in you and you have a life long journey of proving to the world that you can do it , a war that could never have been if you had not said the soft words for whatever reason but just went ahead and did great in a natural way.?
