Little Did I Know...

15 years ago, I walked into Cramer-Krasselt and was greeted by a baby faced newbie Art Director. I had only been there for about 6 months, so I wasn’t quite the new guy anymore, but I was far from the old guard walking the halls. I introduced myself, he seemed like a cool guy, and we made plans to grab a beer after work later in the week and I’d show him around Scottsdale. 

Well, little did I know that guy would end up being one of my best friends and business partner one day. 

He was there the night I met my (future) wife… there for some rather lucid karaoke sessions… became the proud owner of some of my finest pieces of art (and then managed to lose them during one of his moves)… I saw him launch some incredible campaigns and collect numerous awards in the south of France… strike out on his own with a new wife and child in tow, leaving Chicago behind and seeking a new life in Atlanta… and I heard his voice call me up one day about 6 months ago talking about finally getting our own thing going after all these years. 

What can I say… I’ve always believed in keeping those you really appreciate close by…. They are the ones that will be there no matter what… and they are the ones that will help you achieve your dreams. And after all these years, the both of us are now partners… together. Thank you Gordo and it’s going to be a hell of a fun ride.
