Little changes make huge Differences
"Just a small flutter of butterfly's wing at one end of the world can bring a tornado at the other end of the world.
In 32 hours I was able to understand that we don't have to search for the right solutions, we have to find out the right problems.
Feb 24th , 9.00 AM, just like any other sunday, most of my friends were in their cozy blankets and there were 64 curious minds who were sitting in an innovation disruption center of NIRMA University. Mr. Rohit Swarup , Director of Xplora Design Skool, was here to teach us "Design Thinking".
Design is not how it looks like, Design is how it feels. -Steve Jobs.
He changed the way I think about design. As a kid I always wanted to add value in the lives of the people around me and I found this guy SHIVAM BHAI, who had a very small tea joint at the main SG Highway of ahemdabad. He opened his tea joint 2 months back. But due to the heavy competition and lack of initial capital investment he was helpless and was not able to continue his business.
Me and my team interviewed him, observed the tea joint, the customers, the pattern people followed and you won't believe it that just putting a creative 100 rs. White board with a circular seating arrangement for Group of people to have a brain storming session in his very new #IDEAADDA, got him huge business. #ChaiPeCharcha with #KamKharcha ,were few of the cool ideas that we planned that attract a lot of young people. We actually created a business model out of it.
And trust me we just played with the minds of the end consumer, as for them ,
tea is not a product, its an experience now.
And thats the power of design thinking. Its a spark that can create a wild fire of change across the globe.
Until next time. ;)
