Little Beginnings??

We were on a live call when she said she messaged a public figure months ago when no one knew who she was, and the public figure didn't respond for months.

Fast forward to the time this live event was happening, she had risen to have a larger audience and even greater visibility than the same Public Figure she reached out to months ago.

If only the “Public Figure” knew this would happen, he would have responded to that message.

Dear Friend, It’s Captain Haoma here

Before I continue this flight, I hope this love letter finds you well…. Because today, I want to take you to a place called “Not despising small beginnings." After the plane lands, I’ll show you the potential for greatness that exists in every single person, no matter how ordinary they may seem now.

I recently witnessed an incredible transformation in someone close to me. This person was virtually unknown on social media, with just a few followers and a handful of posts.?

However, in just a matter of months, she made a few viral posts that propelled her into the limelight, and before we knew it, she had become an iconic figure in her field.?

You might know her.

It was truly amazing to watch her journey unfold.

It was also shocking to hear her speak of the incident I started this letter with.

Now I don’t blame the public figure for not responding to her because I kind of know what it means to have a large following on a platform and get tons of messages. However, this life story has taught me something.??

Many people who appear to be nobody right now are the icons of tomorrow.?

We often make the mistake of judging people based on their current circumstances, without considering what tomorrow holds.?

But it's important that you are careful to discern and embrace people's little beginnings because you never know what greatness they may be capable of achieving.

As you come down from this flight (i.e., close this letter and continue your life), you will encounter many people who are in the early stages of their journey, people who are just getting started, and who may not yet have found their footing. (it may even be you)

Now, the average career person will dismiss these people and focus on getting the attention of the big sharks.

As much as getting their attention is good, also understand that your big shark of today may lose relevance soon, so wisdom suggests that you also have the growing sharks in your circle because “time and chance happen to them all.” Eccle 9;11

Finally, I want to leave you with this:?

Not everything covered in mud is wood, some can be gold.?

So be careful not to judge people based on appearances, and instead focus on the potential they possess.

And if you are that person, don’t make it hard for people to see your potential. Talk about what you do, what you’ve done or what you’re capable of doing, so that it will be easy for people to notice the seed of greatness in you and support you.

Like I’ll always say, Shine The Light God has put in you and don’t hide it under a bushel.

Some of the celebrities that people will chase tomorrow are already in your network (it might even be you).

How you support them or how you support yourself will play a major role in their or your arrival at that destination.

As you come down from this plane, I wish you a blissful time in the land of “Not despising people’s little beginnings.”
