Listen to the Light

Listen to the Light

This day means many things to many people. December 25th is celebrated throughout Christendom as the birthday of a teacher-turned-prophet-turned savior. The secular version of this holiday is celebrated across many faiths around the globe…and often maintains its focus on caring, giving, and gratitude. This season is also full of many other holidays that focus on light and joy.?

Also today, many for-profit companies mark the end of the highest-income month of their year. For nonprofits, this date signals one last week ahead to reach the year-end goal for fundraising.?

But for almost everyone, these days seem to bring a sense of the final light of a passing year. Last chance, 2024! Here comes 2025, ready or not!

Whoever you are, wherever your leadership roles led you, these times of transition, gratitude, and rebooting call for the addition of some intuitive guidance into your practical strategies for success.?

As we end one year and begin another, the successful leader is taking some of this window of time for reflection, opening to the creative force within, and listening for whatever divine guidance she believes in.?

She dreams of her future–sure–and is also in the moment. She notices the way the late afternoon sunlight slants into her window. She breathes in the quiet of dawn on an icy morning or lets the surf touch her toes in a midday beach stroll.?
