"Listen" to customer needs-Plastic injection molding according to customer-supplied sample parts

Customer sent reference sample parts for us to make 3D part design and injection mold manufacturing. He asked "Can you also sourcing those M6 screws for insert molding?" 

Our first reponse is not to say Yes or No, but to measure the screw samples, find it is not M6 but UNC1/4 instead. And we used M6 to test assembly, it can show the little difference. :) 

Customer confirmed to do the same as his samples, not change to M6, just they thought the samples are M6. Happy that we point it out for him.

That is our way to do things, listen carefully to customer needs, double checking, ensure we got clear and correct direction. :)
