The Lipinski L-707 SAGA

Since it’s introduction 16 years ago on the NYC AES the L-707 stand mounted monitor became an instant classic and found it’s way to major studio’s and institutes around the globe. The successor of the L-707 was introduced in 2009 and the modular L-707A system allowed to up-grade along the way turning the L-707A into a Grand or Signature system an option not only popular among sound engineers but also experienced High End buyers were smitten once they heard the unmatched natural playback capabilities.

As of 2020 the L-707 in it’s original form is discontinued and a revision of the L-707A has resulted in the L-707SE with several upgrades such as point to point improved cross-over, the foam surrounding the tweeter is now 3D cut out of a single piece of foam instead of being composed out of several layers and internal wiring has been changed for Swiss sourced high grade copper. As for the drivers, all drivers are custom made for Lipinski Sound by Scanspeak in Denmark. The L-707SE is (just as the L-707A) a modular system that can be converted into a Grand or Signature system.
