We are excited to announce a major milestone – Lion’s Head has officially entered the Romanian logistics market with the acquisition of a 155,000 sqm site in Pope?ti-Leordeni, Bucharest. This strategic investment paves the way for a cutting-edge logistics park featuring an 85,000 sqm GLA, designed to meet the highest international standards for sustainability and innovation.

Next Stop: Megapark! Metro Line Construction Underway
Exciting developments are on track – the mole has officially started digging for the new metro line to Slatina! This means that Megapark Office Complex will soon be just a subway ride away.
Construction is expected to wrap up by mid-2026, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact this game-changing connection will bring. Convenience is getting closer!
