The Lion Roars Again!
All five workshop units at a new commercial development on Invercauld Estate have now been let, all to local businesses.
Located about a mile and a half east of Braemar just off the A93, the units were built by the Estate on part of what used to be a quarry to provide commercial premises to meet local demand. The Lion’s Face refers to the image made by larch trees above the quarry when viewed from Invercauld House.
The units are around 60 square metres each in size with electric roller doors, and electrical, water and drainage connections providing premises for a wide range of enterprises.?
