Below are the details on each of our game offerings:

Crash

Crash has quickly become one of the most popular online casino games, Crash was originally created in?mid-2014?as a game oriented for the Bitcoin community. Crash is a time-based game, where bettors place their wager at the start of every round. Once a round begins a multiplier starting at 1.00x will begin to steadily rise, with the multiplier representing the payout for the wager that was placed. Bettors are able to cash out at any point in time during around, with the goal being to cash out before the multiplier crashes. Once the multiplier crashes, any bettor who has not cashed out will have lost their wager. The house edge in crash is configurable from the back office.

Baccarat

Baccarat is one of the world’s most popular casino games, with the 3 most popular variants being Punto Banco, Baccarat Banque and Baccarat Chemin de Fer. Our version of baccarat is based on the Punto Banco variant, and utilizes a 6 deck card shuffle. In Punto Banco, the bettor is able to wager on either the player or the banker, with bets on the banker incurring a 5% tax on wins. The player’s move is decided by the cards they are dealt. Each card has a point value, with the 2 – 9 cards representing their face value (i.e. a “3” is worth 3 points). The “ten” cards (10, jack, queen, king) hold a value of zero, and Aces are worth 1 point. The maximum score a player can achieve is 9 points, as a score cannot exceed 10 points.

Roulette

Roulette is one of the most iconic casino games in the world, with the two most popular iterations being European Roulette and American Roulette. The difference between these iterations is that in European Roulette there is a single “zero” whereas in American Roulette there are two zeros – meaning American Roulette has a higher house edge than European Roulette. For European Roulette there are a total of 37 numbers, bettors are able to bet on a wide variety of outcomes such as a single number, groupings of numbers, or the color the ball lands on (18 of the numbers are red, 18 are black).

Blackjack

Blackjack was first introduced over?400 years ago, with its first known documentation coming from the legendary Miguel de Cervantes (of?Don Quixote?fame). In Blackjack, the player places a bet before the dealer gives both the player and the dealer two cards, with the first of the dealer’s cards being shown face-up. The goal for the player is to get as close to or hit a total score of 21 without going over 21. Score is counted by the card number (i.e. a 9 is 9 points), face cards count as 10, and an ace counts as either a 1 or an 11 depending on the bettor’s preference. Going over 21 results in a “bust,” which results in a loss. The player goes first, and after they decide to “stand” (meaning, they are no longer trying to increase their score), the dealer then has its turn, the dealer draws cards until they reach a score of 17 or higher. Bettors are also have special bets for doubling, splits and purchase Blackjack insurance to limit loss in the event the dealer has Blackjack (ace and a 10 card).

Hi/Lo

Once a player places their bet, a card is dealt face up, along with a card face down. Once the cards are dealt, the bettor chooses either “higher” or “lower” depending on what they think the value of the facedown card is relative to the card that is face up. As an example, if a “4” is the face up card, the most likely outcome is that the facedown card is “higher.” The payout per play is adjusted based on the outcome odds (i.e. choosing “lower” in the above example would have a higher payout than choosing “higher”). In the event of a tie (i.e. the facedown card is also a “4”), the house wins.

Video Poker

Video Poker is a single-player poker variant that is similar to five-card draw, the Lion Gaming version is based on the Jacks or Better variant. In Jacks or Better, a player places a wager and is then dealt 5 cards. After the bettor receives their hand, they are able to choose which cards they wish to keep, and which cards they wish to have re-drawn. The goal for players in Jacks or Better is for their hand to feature a pair of jacks or better (i.e. two pairs beats pair of jacks).
