The Linq Up

The Linq Up

It’s hard to believe we’ve only wrapped up the first month of 2022. Because in a short 31 days, a lot has happened here at Linq.

Here’s a round-up of a few of the highlights:

CES, The Most Influential Tech Conference In The World

Our team flew to Vegas to exhibit at CES, which is the largest and most influential tech conference in the world. The magnitude of innovation at CES was inspiring to say the least, and it thrilled me to see people using our product at an event as impactful as CES.

Perhaps the most valuable thing we got from the conference was high-volume usage of our own app. Linq was crucial to our success — capturing leads, sharing them with the team, and automatically sending them to our CRM was a great reminder of why we’re building this product. If this sounds like something your business needs, ping me -> elliott@linqapp.com

We also met a lot of impressive brands during our time at the show. One need that most of them had in common? A better way to request reviews from their customers. Needless to say, our team was inspired...

You Can Now Solicit Reviews ??

Our newest tile, aptly called Reviews, lets you add a profile link directly to your Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, or Yelp Reviews. It’s available for all of our account types (standard, Pro, and Linq for Teams).

Our customers have already put it into play and it’s fueling their business growth. Here’s one of their success stories:

“I recently got three 5-star Google Reviews for our [bank] branch with my name being called out. This was sent out to senior leadership and my VP of sales/regional VP asked if it had to do with my Linq. Yes! The “rate my experience” button right there in front of them makes it easy to push for reviews.”

User Generated Features

We’re always adding new features over here at Linq, but we especially like to prioritize the ones that our users request. Just this month, we released 4 new features based on user feedback.

  • Pinterest was added to our list of social media tiles. You can now connect your Linq profile directly to 13 different social channels.
  • Speed improvements: Linq now works 30% faster everywhere ??
  • Clickable text: If you add a URL or email address into your About Me or Expandable Text sections, it's now automatically clickable. Your audience can go directly from reading to clicking ??
  • My personal favorite: Add labels to your contacts. You can group your contacts into easily searchable buckets by adding labels to each of them. Create as many labels as you want, and/or assign multiple labels to one contact. This came in really handy at CES, where we would add labels like “Retail partner” or “Enterprise lead” to the contacts we met.

It’s hard to believe that all of that was just month one of 2022. What else do you want to see in Linq this quarter? Comment below or email me at elliott@linqapp.com.

Very noice! Great use of the platform and extending a personal touch to the network. I’m interested to learn about your newsletter experience over the next couple of months.
