I like the number 5. It's a great combinatorial base for card games. It's a prime number. Five fingers. Five toes. Multiplying by 5 was the easiest one to remember besides 11 and 10. So usually I give out five links on Thursdays.

However, today, my fuel tank is low, and so this is only one because he made it really easy. The synthetic data bomb is set to explode and people are starting to catch on to what me and Paul Burchard, PhD (bonus linky) were talking about 9 months ago. The implosion that is created by synthetic data. It's implicit to the tech, so don't accept any "how were we to know," rhetoric; we knew it a long time ago, we still know it, and we know it even more as we are watching it unfold. However, this is really good for anyone who is a content creator. Original data and content is pure gold now. Get it off scrapable platforms is my advice and invest in identity and data protection measures for you and your business.
