When it comes to LinkedIn posts, length is just a number.?

Why?

Because:

??? LinkedIn is all about value addition: Look at these posts. This long post has got a great engagement and so have these shorter posts.

So, it’s not about length, it’s about what problem you are solving which brings us to the second point.?

??? LinkedIn content is all about relevance: Long posts build brand awareness & thought leadership whereas short posts helps you build relationships and connect with them on a more personal level.

The more relevant your posts are, the more audience would like to interact with you.?

??? LinkedIn is not one-size fits all platform: While long posts offer more space for nuance and detail allowing readers to delve deeper into a subject by giving them more context & information, short posts are good for quick updates or snippets of information that can be quickly shared and engaged with.

So, you can always experiment with both.

Here's how I do it.

1?? I have a weekly content plan

?? Monday-I post a personal story.

??Tuesday-I comment on a trending topic.

??Wednesday-I post something educational.

??Thursday-I share something I'm passionate about.

??Friday-I share client stories & testimonials.

??Saturday-I share something fun & interesting.

??Sunday-I share something motivational.

2?? I invest 45 minutes daily in engagement.

??I comment on other posts 15 min before posting.

??I reply to comments on my posts within 15 min of posting.

??I comment on other posts for half an hour & follow 10 people.

.

3?? I connect with 5 new people daily.

??Connect as in not sending them connection requests.

??I like & comment on their posts.

??I hit the bell icon & follow them.

??I DM them & kick start a conversation.

??I continue the conversation & try to have one to one call.

4?? I actively use the search bar to connect with my target audience.

??I follow at least 5 people from the target audience.

??I DM the active target audience.

??I comment on their posts & start a conversation.

.

5?? I endorse at least 5 people every day.

??I look for good connections in my network.

??I go to their profiles & endorse them.

??I ask them to endorse me back after a few days.

Remember, LinkedIn is not a one-day game. ?

If you want to scale using LinkedIn, you need to give it ample time.

Do the daily grind. Period.

I know the first line got you hooked ;)

But you all know, success doesn't come overnight.
