LinkedIn Profile Basics 1: Most subscribers, the free ones, leave their profile background image blank.

The head shot is mostly good to very good. No need to obsess about it. Lack of uploading a free stock photo demonstrates laziness in any prospective or current employee.

This is any deal breaker from interview, promotion, job retention through sales prospecting. The profile must be one's resume.

Market oneself constantly based upon a psychologically informed foundation: buy or download for free college level texts in Personality, Social Psychology, and Behavioural Psychology.

Integrate with Marketing (download free text college level) and sales methods to supercharge their effectiveness upon the target audiences/prospects.

There is a cost: that of jettisoning one's laziness, egoism and complacency.

All are bad character traits in any employee or entrepreneur like.
