So, Let's begin with a few Linkedin pointers that might add value to your Linkedin profile:
- Linkedin SSI score improvement: By checking out your Linkedin Social Selling Index score out of 100 , You can get an insight into what you're doing well with your Linkedin profile and where you can improve .
- Industry specific cover photo : You can add a cover photo to your profile that showcases your credibility pointer and your industry. For eg: If you're a digital marketer, then, You could have a photo of you receiving an award for digital marketing. Or if you're starting with digital marketing, then, You can showcase an image that showcases the digital marketing industry. For free images , You can use pixabay.com, pexels.com and unsplash.com .
- Clear profile photo : Your profile photo which gets displayed whenever you post anything or whenever someone sees your Linkedin profile. Thus, A profile photo that is a recent photo of yours with your face clearly visible would be great .
- Adding skills to your profile: You should add at least 5 skills to your Linkedin profile as that would increase your profile visibility by 17 times ! Also, You can add upto 50 skills to your profile , so, Feel free to add as many skills as possible .
