We’re thrilled to unveil some new features on LinkedIn Pages aimed at helping your brand showcase its organization and culture, enabling you to attract top talent more efficiently while also keeping your existing employees engaged.

Empower your Employees as Brand Advocates with My Company Tab

Career decisions take time, and it’s crucial to provide potential candidates with various opportunities to engage throughout their journey to becoming part of your team. some research indicates that, as of May 2021, the typical hiring process lasts nearly three months, involving around 10 interactions.

Regardless of whether you facilitate it, every brand has a treasure trove of genuine touchpoints through its employees. In the competition for top talent, there’s no better moment to encourage this group to share your story widely.

LinkedIn has introduced updates to the My Company Tab, which is a dedicated space for employees on LinkedIn Pages aimed at fostering community and advocacy among staff. These enhancements are designed to simplify and enhance your employee advocacy initiatives on the platform. Now, you can effortlessly select content from your Page feed to add to the My Company Tab with just a click. Employees will receive notifications as soon as new content is available, guiding them directly into the re-sharing process so they can easily amplify your messages. Additionally, we’ll provide employees with insights on the impact of their re-shares through a dynamic visualization that showcases what others in the organization are sharing.

Attract Top Talent through Policy Transparency

Research indicates that despite the pandemic, burnout among employees is on the rise while overall happiness is declining. The findings also reveal a shift in what employees value in this new normal. For instance, those who appreciate their organization’s flexibility regarding work schedules or locations are 3.4 times more likely to manage their work-life balance effectively, 2.6 times more likely to feel content in their jobs, and 2.1 times more likely to recommend their employer to others.

Workplace policies play a crucial role in attracting top talent, and being completely transparent about these policies from the outset can enhance your brand's reputation. To assist with this, we’ve introduced a feature that allows you to indicate whether your organization operates remotely, in a hybrid model, or on-site directly in your LinkedIn Page header, along with additional space to clarify your evolving policies on vaccines, pay adjustments, and more.

Benchmark your page against competitors

In the current competitive hiring landscape, being aware of your competitors' performance can significantly improve your strategy. LinkedIn has rolled out customizable competitor analytics within the LinkedIn Page Analytics Tab, where you can include up to nine competitors to assess their LinkedIn Page performance. This new tool lets you track and compare their follower growth and organic content performance with yours. These initial performance metrics are just the start, LinkedIn plan to add more, including engagement rates, to help you enhance your content strategy in a meaningful way.
